The visitors to our tasting area are more than just guests. They participate in the creation of an original gastronomic experience in which the truffle reigns. The tasting area is equipped with state-of-the-art processing machines and appliances for the preparation of food. At the tasting area, you can take part in interactive tasting and presentational-educational courses. This is where we host the world-renowned and Croatian chefs who create new gastronomical truffle-based projects at the very source of the inspiration.
