Full-fat, semi-hard cheese made from sheep’s milk with white truffles. Serve it with Istrian sausage or prosciutto as an appetizer, as a snack with olives with chilli, grated on top of pasta or minestrone soup, with a drizzle of olive oil and fresh pepper.

SEMI-HARD WHOLE SHEEP CHEESE WITH WHITE TRUFFLES
INGREDIENTS: Minimum 45% milk fat in dry matter; Pasteurized sheep milk, rennet, microbial culture, salt, white truffle (Tuber Magnatum Pico)3%, hardener CaCl2. Keep at a temperature from +4°C to +8°C. Average nutritional values per 100g: Energy 1730 kJ / 417 kcal; Fat 33,2 g; of wich saturates 20,8 g; Carbohydrates 3,9 g; of which sugars <0,2 g; Protein 25,6 g; Salt 2 g.
Instructions for use: remove from foil, cut and consume as cold sidedish.
Made of milk from Croatian farms.
