Preparation instructions: Remove from the bag, slice and consume as a cold dish. Vacuumed. Store at temperature between 0 to +8°C. Average nutritional value per 100 g: Energy 2167 kJ / 523 kcal; Fat 45 g, saturated fatty acids 20 g; Carbohydrates 1,0 g, of which sugars 0 g; Proteins 27 g; Salt 3,9 g.
