White truffles, hand-picked champignon mushrooms, olives picked from an olive tree and Istrian olive oil will give this sauce an exclusive taste of Istria.
Serve it separately or mixed with olive oil as an added ingredient to pasta or bruschette topping. An excellent addition to Mediterranean sauces with light meat dishes and a perfect basic flavour for the preparation of spreads and dips for appetizers and cocktails.



PREMIUM TRUFFLE SAUCE, white truffle sauce – Ingredients: mushrooms (Agaricus Bisporus), black olives, white truffle (Tuber Magnatum Pico) 10%, extra virgin olive oil, sunflower oil, aroma, table sea salt, flavor enhancers: monosodium glutamate, disodium inosinate, disodium guanylate; sugar, dried vegetables (onion, carrot, celery, tomato, leek, garlic), corn starch, dye: ordinary caramel, butterbur, parsley leaf, stabilizer: iron gluconate, antioxidant: ascorbic acid. May contain traces of gluten, milk and eggs.
