- 8 eggs
- 50 ml milk
- 2 O’l Pietro & Pietro tartufate
- 70 g Pietro & Pietro cow’s cheese with truffles
- 50 g butter
- 100 g black truffle
Whisk the eggs, add the milk, truffle and salt. In a pan melt the butter, grate and season 60g truffles, grate the cow’s cheese with truffles and mix gently. When the cheese melts, pour the mixed eggs and mix everything together until desired consistency. Serve on a plate and grate the rest of the whole fresh truffle with a truffle cutter as a finial touch.
