Ingredients: cooked grape must, balsamic vinegar of Modena / Aceto Balsamico di Modena IGP (20%min.) (wine vinegar, cooked grape must), wine modified maze starch, thickening agent: xanthan gum, black summer truffle (Tuber Aestivum, vitt.) 0,1%, flavouring. Contains sulphites.
