White truffle cream

White truffles and Grana padano cheese make this cream a powerful added ingredient in the preparation of more complex sauces and spreads. Serve it warm, as a separate added ingredient to risottos, pasta and meat. You can serve it as a spread on toast or crackers, mixed with a bit of little olive oil and pepper as a sauce for grissini or you can use it to bring out the flavour of the sauce for the bruschette.
