Ingredients: pasteurized cow’s milk (lactose), dairy cultures, rennet, table salt, preservative E 1105 (contains traces of eggs), sterilized black truffle 3%, thickener: calcium chloride. Minimum 45% milk fat in dry matter. Keep at temperature up to +13°C. The rind is not edible.
