INGREDIENTS: black truffle (Tuber Aestivum, vitt.) 70%, sunflower oil, salt, flavouring. Once opened, keep the product in the fridge and consume it within 10 days. No preservatives, no artificial colouring. Nutritional value per 100g of product: energy 894kJ / 217kcal; fat 19g, saturated fat 2.2g; carbohydrates 3.4g, sugar 0.5g; fibre 7.9g; protein 4.1g and sodium 0.7g.
