Ingredients:
- chickpeas jar 350g
- 3 tea spoons of Tahina-sesame paste
- 2 garlic slices
- 2 prigs of parsley leaf
- 1 tea spoon of Pietro & Pietro tartufata, black truffle sauce
- 1 spoon of Pietro & Pietro olive oil with whole black truffle
- ground white pepper if desired
- salt as desired
PREPARATION
Put all the above ingredients in the mixing bowl, I recommend to scrub the garlic and finely chop parsley. Mix it all together. Taste the mixture and if you feel it, add some more spices. Serve Humus as a spread on crispy crackers.
