Cheese dumplings with truffles


  • 100 g fresh cow’s cheese
  • 50 g gauda cheese
  • 2 tablespoons sour cream
  • 2 teaspoons Pietro & Pietro tartufata
  • salt if desired
  • pistachio


Mix fresh cow’s cheese, grated gauda, sour cream and truffle in a bowl. Salt as you like. Leave the mixture in the refrigerator for an hour to bring the mixture together. Form the dumplings and roll them into the crumbled pistachios. Serve on occasions cocktails, parties, birthdays…
