SEMI-HARD, FULL-FAT CHEESE MADE OF COW MILK WITH BLACK TRUFFLES
INGREDIENTS: pasteurized cow milk, rennet, microbial culture, salt, hardener CaCl2, black truffle (Tuber Aestivum, vitt.) 3%. Content: min.45% of milk fat in dry matter. Best used as a side dish. Keep at a temperature from +4°C to +8°C. Average nutritional values per 100g: Energy 1519 kJ / 366 kcal; Fat 29,8 g; of wich saturates 21 g; Carbohydrates 2,8 g; of wich sugars <0,2 g; Protein 21,7 g; Salt 2,5 g.
