Tomato sauce with black truffles

Made from sun-kissed Istrian tomatoes with black truffles.
Simply heat the sauce and pour it over pasta or a nice piece of cooked veal or a young lamb steak.
You can add a spoonful of the sauce in a tomato or minestrone soup, a modification of gazpacho,to shrimp cocktail sauces or to a Bloody Mary cocktail.
