Ingredients:
- Brie cheese
- Mascarpone cheese for spreading
- Black truffle Tuber Melanosporum
PREPARATION
Cut Brie cheese in half, horizontally.
Mix the mascarpone cheese well, with a fork in a bowl, and spread evenly on one and the other half of the Brie cheese.
Grate the black truffle and arrange the leaves on one half of the Brie cheese and cover with the other half and secure well.
Here you can also grate the truffle and mix it well with the mascarpone cheese and then spread it on the halves of the Brie cheese.
Wrap the cheese in transparent foil and leave in the fridge for 48 hours. This way truffle flavor will spread all over the cheese.
Leave for about an hour at room temperature before eating and serve with crispy bread and a glass of champagne.
