Polenta with white truffles


  • 180g polenta
  • 700 ml water
  • 20 g butter
  • 450 g parmesan
  • 80 ml milk
  • 2 teaspoons Pietro & Pietro Premium tartufata
  • 80g fresh white truffle
  • salt


In boiling water add salt and butter. Then gently pour the polenta, stirring constantly. Cook polenta on a low heat for about 30 min. During cooking add Premium Pietro & Pietro tartufata, grated parmesan cheese, milk, and salt as desired. Serve the finished polenta on a plate and grate on it a fresh white truffle. If it’s not white truffle season or you unable to get it, you can use white truffle, sliced.
