INGREDIENTS: white truffle (Tuber Borchii, Vitt.) 70%, sunflower oil, salt, flavouring. Once opened, keep the product in the fridge and consume it within 10 days. No preservatives, no artificial colouring. Nutritional value per 100g of product: energy 865kJ / 210kcal; fat 20g, saturated fat 2.2g; carbohydrates 3g, sugar 0.5g; fibre 4.3g; protein 2.3g and sodium 0.7g.
