WHITE TRUFFLE SALT
INGREDIENTS: coarse iodized sea salt, white truffle (Tuber Borchii) 2%, flavouring. Store in a dry place. No preservatives, no artificial colouring. Nutritional value per 100g of product: energy 19kJ / 4.5kcal; fat 0.5g, saturated fat 0.1g; carbohydrates 0.5g, sugar 0.1g; fibre 0g; protein 1.1g and sodium 94.5g.
