Adriatic sea salt with the addition of black truffles is a unique refined addition to all kinds of dishes.
Gently rub a pinch of this delicacy over thinly sliced lard, on toast with a spread of black pig lard, pressed cracklings, sprinkle it over fried arugula with balsamic vinegar, add it to a lemon sorbetto or sprinkle it on top of extra dark chocolate and orange ice cream scoop.

INGREDIENTS: coarse iodized sea salt, black summer truffle (Tuber Aestivum, Vitt.) 2%, flavouring. Store in a dry place. No preservatives, no artificial colouring. Nutritional value per 100g of product: energy 113.9kJ / 27.21kcal; fat 0.8g, saturated fat <0.1g; carbohydrates <0.5g, sugar <0.1g; protein 5.1 g and sodium 92g.
